About Us
Hyliko is the first HGV fleet decarbonisation service including full hydrogen truck leasing and maintenance, hydrogen fuel supply, carbon footprint management and carbon accounting integration.
Through the exclusive use of hydrogen produced from biomass residues and with a negative carbon balance, Hyliko enables its customers to decarbonise their fleet three times faster than with green hydrogen. Hyliko is targeting 10% of the European market for HGVs by 2030, deploying a network of 100 hydrogen fuelling stations.
As part of its development and strong ambitions to build and operate a network of hydrogen fuelling stations on national and European territory, Hyliko is recruiting their:
Network Director (M/F)
Job Summary
Reporting to the Managing Director, you are Hyliko’s Network Director. As such, you have the Network Department under your responsibility and intervene on:
Mission 1: The design, construction and operation of the hydrogen fuelling station network:
- management of projects, technical studies and feasibility of work (including risk analysis)
- monitoring of administrative procedures (incl. construction permits, connections, ICPE), from the construction of refuelling stations in the monitoring of worksites to their commissioning
- operation and maintenance of refuelling stations in compliance with customer satisfaction and regulatory requirements
- optimisation of the technical and economic performance indicators of the network
Mission 2: the definition of competitive technical hydrogen refuelling offers as part of Hyliko’s decarbonisation offer for its customers:
- close management of stakeholders (including partners and suppliers) for the optimised design, construction, maintenance and operation of hydrogen fuelling stations
- supporting Hyliko sales teams in defining technical and economic offers in response to identified customer needs or calls for tenders
Mission 3: consolidation and standardisation of procedures and tools in relation to regulatory and technological monitoring:
- implementation and compliance of practices and procedures with the rules defined by the law and QHSE rules (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment)
- technological watch and innovation relating to the use of hydrogen for vehicle refuelling
As part of your position and the control of the company’s ecosystem, you will support your employees in the Network Department to ensure a high level of involvement and professionalism in compliance with QHSE rules and customer satisfaction.
About You
You have an engineering degree (Masters level) or equivalent and have at least 3 years of experience in a fuelling network management environment.
Skills:
- proficiency in English to communicate with international suppliers and service providers
- mastery of risk analysis methods, tools and techniques for appetite and project management for the technical aspects of the fuelling infrastructure
- mastery of office automation tools and techniques for cross-functional project management
